Malang State University

UM comes from the Higher Education Teacher Education (PTPG) which was inaugurated by Minister of Education, Teaching and Culture, Prof.. Mr. Muhammad Yamin on October 18, 1954 by Decree No. 38742/Kab September 1, 1954. Simultaneously it also commissioned Prof. Sutan Adam Bakhtiar as the first Rector PTPG Malang.
At its inception, PTPG Malang has 5 majors. This pioneering majors include majors:

Lectures held at the high school building square Bunder. A year later, on the date of June 20, 1955, PTPG its own building which originally was "Hotel Splendid" in Jl. Tumapel 1, Malang.
On 10 November 1954, established a new university in East Java the University Press (Unair) in Surabaya. As a consequence, based on PP. 71 In 1958 PTPG formally changed the status and name to the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education (Guidance and Counseling) Unair.
In 1958, for services Sarjono father of former Mayor of Malang, the institute is to get a piece of land, which later built the campus complex located at Jl. 5 Semarang, Malang.

While the Faculty of Engineering Teaching (FKT) was born after a year of reorganization. Next, the name and term faculty who have held national adjustment in 1982. FIP did not change, FKSS into the Faculty of Education and Language Arts (FPBS), FKIS to the Faculty of Social Sciences of Education (FPIPS), FKIE into the Faculty of Education Mathematics and Natural Sciences (FPMIPA), and FKT into the Faculty of Technology and Vocational Education (FPTK ).
On March 23, 1968 several faculties branches IKIP MALANG handed over to the new parent. Jember branch submitted to the University of Jember. Branch Singaraja to the University of Udayana. Kupang Branch and the University of Nusa Cendana Endeh. Surabaya branch eventually became a stand alone IKIP Surabaya (now State University of Surabaya).
In terms of academic, PTPG start of the level of education "baccalaureate" (Bachelor) with a time of 3-year study. Then in 1959 began to open up ladder "Doctoral" or Acarya (Bachelor) with 2-year study period. After several years through the consolidation phase, finally in 1968 opened the program "post graduate" (Doctoral program) majoring in education as the first majors. Subsequently in 1982 the program is refined into the Faculty of Graduate Masters Degree (S2) and the doctoral program (S3). In 1990, the name was changed to Graduate School Graduate (PPS).
In 1992 the program changed their status to D2 PGSD new courses under the auspices of FIP, namely the Diploma 2 Primary School Teacher Education. In 1993 established two new courses, namely:

Based on Presidential Decree No. 93 of 1999 stipulates that IKIP MALANG changed to State University of Malang (UM) and by Decree No. Director General of Higher Education. 143/DIKTI/Kep / 2000 UM has five faculties, namely Faculty of Education (FIP), Faculty of Letters (FS), Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences (Natural Sciences), Faculty of Economics (FE), and the Faculty of Engineering (FT), and 1 Graduate Program (PPS).

The embryo the UB School of Economics (FEUB) which is known today, named Economy of Higher Education Malaysia (PTEM). PTEM established by the Foundation for Economics of Higher Education Malaysia on June 27, 1957 with No Notary Act. 26 dated August 15, 1957.

PTEM established with the aim to promote and develop science in general and economics in particular, human decency and form a competent and responsible and prepare the young shoots to become experts in economics that are useful for homeland and nation.

STAN University

STAN establishment by presidential decree No. 45 of 1974 jo. Presidential Decree No. 12 of 1967. On March 17, 1975 through Decree No.13495/MPK/1975 obtained the operating license from the Department of Education accountant education and culture. Finance Diploma Program which was originally held separately from STAN, its management is now delegated to the Director in accordance with the Letter of Assignment STAN Head of Education and Training Finance No. ST-098/BP/1997 dated October 31, 1997 and Circular Head of Education and Training Finance Number: SE-048/BP/1998 dated October 29, 1998.
Although the college in STAN and Finance Prodip until now completely FREE and all graduates were placed directly as CPNS / PNS in the Ministry of Finance, does not mean it needs massive exposure on his personal website, because most people have always known they are, and the future is something we do not know for sure. PROGRAM OF STUDY

Do not attend class more than 20% effective hours, or 4 times per subject in one semester, unless there is a description of the doctor-patient hospital
Cheating during examinations (cheating, collaboration, etc.)
In addition, there are disciplinary rules lectures include:
Every male students are required to wear short sleeves / long motif plain, light blue, light gray or beige trousers and dark colors which are equipped with a belt.
Each student is required to wear women's clothing / short-sleeved blouse / long motif plain, light blue, light gray or beige and dark skirt.
Each student is prohibited from wearing tight clothes: jeans and the like, colored / batik motifs, plaid or striped.
For students who do not follow the rules or breach of discipline imposed disciplinary punishment by the authorities to punish.
During education, students are free education and boarding was not provided.
