STAN University
State Accountancy College is the Higher Education under the Ministry of Finance official who held a Diploma in Education Program in Finance. The goal is to educate students to have knowledge and expertise in accounting and finance and public sectors in order to prepare students to become the Civil Servants who strongly disciplined, and dedicated high berakhlaq.
STAN establishment by presidential decree No. 45 Year 1974 jo. Presidential Decree No. 12 Year 1967. On March 17, 1975 through Decree No.13495/MPK/1975 obtained permission from the Ministry of education management accountant of Education and Culture. Finance Diploma Program which was originally held separately from the pad, its management is now delegated to the Director of STAN in accordance with the Task Letter Head Board of Education and Training Finance No. ST-098/BP/1997 dated October 31, 1997 and Circular Head Education and Training Finance No. SE-048/BP/1998 dated October 29, 1998.
STUDY PROGRAM
Educational programs are held:

Program D III Financial Accounting Specialization
2.
Program D III and DI Finance Specialization Public treasury
3.
Program D III and DI Customs and Excise Finance Specialization
4.
Program D III and DI Taxation Finance Specialization
5.
D III Specialization Program Assessment (UN)
6.
Program D III Specialization PPLN
Length of education for First Diploma Program is two semesters and the Diploma Program is six semesters.
In addition to the above programs are also held:
1.
Education Program Assistant / Assistant Accountant, second semester
(Participants were employees of education high school graduates and DI)
2.
Diploma Program Specialization IV Financial Accounting, 4th semester
(Participant education is a graduate of the D III employee who has worked for two years, except for the best graduates who passed PsikoTest, is entitled directly to D IV)
EDUCATION SYSTEM
1.
Package valid SKS system, in which subjects are taken every semester is determined by the institution.
2.
Prevailing system of Drop Out (DO), namely:

Getting a value D on the General Course (MKU) and Courses of Expertise (MKK), more than two D's on Courses of Basic Skills (MKDK), or the value of E in all subjects
*
IP odd semester GPA below 2.0 or the relevant year is less than 2.6
*
Do not attend class more than 20% effective hours, or four times per subject in one semester, unless there is a description of the doctor-patient hospital
*
Cheating during examinations (cheating, cooperation, etc.)

In addition, there are rules dislipin lectures are:

Each student is required men to wear short-sleeved shirt / long plain motif, light blue, light gray or beige trousers and dark colors which are equipped with a belt.
*
Each student is required to wear women's clothing / short-sleeved blouses / long plain motif, light blue, light gray or beige and dark color skirt.
*
Each student is forbidden to wear clothes that tight jeans and similar materials, brightly colored / batik motifs, plaid or stripes.
For students who do not follow the rules or discipline violation dislipin sentenced by the authorities to punish.
4.
During education, students are free education and boarding was not provided.
