Science & Technology Institute AKPRIND (palace) have higher education in science & technology, which has very bright prospects in the future. Study courses - courses that are maintained accommodated in three faculties, namely Faculty of Industrial Technology, Faculty of Applied Science, and Faculty of Mineral Technology, which includes levels of Strata-I and-III Diploma.

As the National Higher Education Institutions, Institute of duty to educate, establish and develop the personality and human capacity, develop science, technology, preserve and develop scientific and cultural elements of Indonesia and the natural environment and the natural environment in the context of nation building and state and community as embodiment and implementation of Pancasila and the Constitution in 1945.

The curriculum of each course prepared with the aim of preparing competency-based human resources, which could accommodate and adapt to the development of science and technology, capable of entrepreneurship, is able to develop / enhance the mastery of science and technology through further study, as well as having the ability to apply Total Quality Control for D-III student or Total Quality Management for SI students.

In addition to environmental and quality management knowledge which is self palace, all students are also provided with a certificate of knowledge and entrepreneurship, English and computing.
